Cancellation is free of charge up until 7 days prior to arrival. 

CHECK-IN & PARKING

Please share with us your expected arrival time in advance. As we will have staff to wait for you to give you the keys and show you where to park. Our check-in time is 3-8 pm; Check-out time is before 11am. Any time outside the timeframe will need special request.  Please show your ID (passport / drivers license) and the credit card with the same name when you check in.  

We provide 1 complimentary designated car space during your stay. Any extra car space needed will have to park in visitor’s parking space. Anyone who parked in other car space might incur a fee of $165 if got caught by out building CCTV.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The registered guest agrees that they are fully responsible for any occupants and/or visitors to the apartment for the duration of the occupancy.

2. The guest permits Paradise Stay to hold a damage deposit as a security over the apartment(s) for the term of occupancy and at its discretion. This deposit will be pre-authorized to the guest’s credit card for the duration of the occupancy. The pre-authorization may be drawn on without prior notification, should the guest be found in breach of this agreement. It may exceed the amount of the pre-authorization and may be drawn from the credit card provided.

The pre-authorization amount is up to $300 for 1 bedroom apartment and $500 for 2 bedroom apartment. 

3. The guest agrees to abide to all body corporate rules pertaining to the apartment and the building as per the Welcome Letter. Should you be found in breach of any owner’s corporation rule or regulations, you may be requested to vacate the property and any charges relating to the damages, loss of income, legal fees, etc borne by Paradise Stay may be charged to the guest. Such charges may be automatically drawn from the security deposit without prior notification.

4. Paradise Stay has a strict NO PARTY, NO DRUG, NO SMOKING POLICY. Should a guest be found in breach of these policies, they will be asked to leave the premises regardless of what time the incident has occurred.

5. The guest agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy conditions set out by Paradise Stay.

6. Paradise Stay is not responsible for any valuables left in the apartment or within a vehicle on the premises.

7. Failure to leave the keys upon checkout may result in the replacement cost ($150) of the key and black swipe being charged to you.

8. The pool and the gym are unattended, children must have adults’ accompany and supervision.

9. Please advise us of any damage or defects in your apartment on arrival, you have until 4 hours after check-in to notify us or you may be liable for any replacements or repairs required.

10. Guest can request daily housekeeping service at extra charges. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

11.  We provide 1 complimentary designated car space during your stay except for Sapphire Royale Suite. 

12. The pre-authorization amount is $500 for each booking. 

13. The pool and the gym in Macquarie Park Paradise are unattended, children must have adults’ accompany and supervision.
